Monthly and yearly Pro can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid. We refund a new subscription within 14 days if you have not used Pro runs in a way that spent paid compute.
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are not refunded.
Ask us first. A surprise chargeback may close the account while we sort it out.
